Ralph Macchio Syndrome

i guess i have been gone awhile. things have certainly changed A LOT in my life:
- i am slowly trudging through the murky waters of love and loss. in fact i'm drying off.
- started a whole new supporting cast for the foundry field recordings and began recording the next album.
- started a new job. more money, less stress. yes they do exist.
- and i have been battling anxiety attacks. i have finally learned to slow down a bit and not put too much on my plate. thanks to the drugs... okay i'm kidding, but i am still not drinking

woo hoo! as i approach my 31st year on this planet i am not sure how to approach it. part of me greets it with a smile and says "bring on the mid-life crisis", the other part of me doesn't notice and neither do other people. sans beard i look like i could pass for my early 20s. this is because i suffer from a rare disease called Ralph Macchio Syndrome. This is when you look younger than you actually are.

Upside:
- Blend in at college parties (this is still creepy)
- My deemed "innocent look" allows me to get away with a variety of crimes

Downside:
- Carded at Rated R movies
- Double carded at Adult Novelty stores
